Tom Cleary
Tom provides OT driving assessments across NSW for a range of conditions. In partnership with Safe2Go driving services, he also provides a specialist service for people suffering with PTSD, severe anxiety or other trauma related conditions.
In 2022, Tom commenced work with Neurological Research Australia (Neura) on a clinical trial into the effective intervention methods for older age drivers.
Tom can also provide expert medico-legal assessment across NSW and ACT, providing both claimant and defendant assessments.
Vicki Ruskin
Vicki has worked extensively in rehabilitation, both as a clinician and as a manager. In 1993 she worked extensively with the spinal service Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service and Prince Henry Hopsital, providing driving assessments and rehabilitation. She also works with the neurological research Australia (Neura) on a clinical trial focusing on the most effective interventions for older drivers.
Vicki has extensive experience working across all compensable schemes & she provides expert medico legal assessments. Vicki’s area of clinical expertise is OT driver assessments driving, cancer rehabilitation services & complex case management.

OT Driving Services
Driving is a complex skill that can be impacted by injury, illness or age. If you have a medical condition that could possibly affect your ability to continue to drive, your ability to return to driving or you want to start driving; then that can be a scary process.
The goal of an OT driving assessment is to support you in trying to reach the goal of safe driving either with instruction or to support you with using modifications to a vehicle as needed.
In order to support you with this goal, we will provide a comprehensive assessment, report and liaise with Transport for NSW as needed. This includes both an assessment of your cognitive and physical abilities at home, as well as your abilities on the road with the support of a driving instructor. The goal is to promote your independence and safety as much as possible.
The OT driving assessment is a comprehensive assessment of your physical abilities, cognitive awareness, attention, orientation and ability to follow instructions.
Medico-Legal Services
We offer specialist Medico-legal assessment, providing both plaintiff and defendant assessment and advice. We currently provide services across Sydney, Greater NSW and interstate as needed.

Corporate Driving Services
We provide custom corporate driver training to groups, in order to improve driving skills and ergonomic positioning. The goal of the training is to reduce injuries in the workplace and promote healthier more productive work patterns, for workers with high driving needs.
